Bulk Energy Service Agreement

Fee
Our fee for Our Services will be derived wholly from commission paid by third party suppliers of electricity and/or gas for any contract We execute on Your behalf to which You agree to be bound (subject to the terms of this document). No fees will be payable by You in relation to a contract that We execute on Your behalf.
Special Conditions
You authorise Us to act on Your behalf in relation to negotiating with third party suppliers of electricity and/or gas, and by this document appoint Us as Your attorney to execute contracts for the supply of electricity and/or gas by a third party supplier of electricity and/or gas to You provided that we achieve a price per KW/h and/or MJ which is less than the price per kW/h and/or per MJ which You currently pay and for a period of no more than three (3) years.
You acknowledge that We secure energy rates based on a group tender process, that these rates are dependent on delivering the entire group to the winning third party supplier, and that if We are successful in securing energy pricing at or below the existing pricing You pay (and as applicable within the criteria in these Special Conditions), then You are bound to the contract we sign on Your behalf with the winning third party supplier.

We agree to provide the Services to You in accordance with this document and Bulk Energy’s Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time and which are available at https://gobulk.com.au) and the Special Conditions. You acknowledge You have been given access to or have received the Terms and Conditions and that You have read and understood a copy of the Terms and Conditions before signing this document.
2. You may terminate the Services on notice to Us at any time prior to the commencement of the tender process with no penalty. We will notify You once the tender process has commenced.
