The Bulk Energy Service Agreement (BESA) covers broader service authority and commission terms, including energy-supply commission up to $4.00/MWh. Read it before signing. The metering fee is disclosed separately; there is no upfront cost for this review.

What happens after you contact Bulk?
Review the DMA and BESA separately, including the price, scope of authority and commission terms. After you sign the final, verified documents, Bulk lodges the agreement or obtains the authorised records, confirms implementation and checks the first bill. Previewing does not sign, lodge or change your metering arrangement.
